AT T Phishing calls

I keep getting calls from 1-800-288-2020.  The caller ID says AT T.  I do not answer as I am not expecting a call from AT&T and I do not answer calls from unknown numbers or unexpected calls.  A recorded message is left on my answering machine for me to press 1 to obtain information on how to receive a $200 gift card from AT&T.  It has been going on for a couple months now.

Is anyone else getting this call?
