BL102 Dect 6.0 cordless phone/unable to answer incoming calls
When a call comes in we are unable to answer it. If we hit the phone/flash to answer it cuts off the call. We can make calls just fine.
please help I do not want to go buy another phone.

What does the display say on an incoming call? Is this all calls or just some calls? Is Smart Call Blocker on and if so have you tried turning it off to see if calls come through? Do you have a phone company supplied voicemail that could be answering before you try to pick the call up?

The display shows the number calling in and is on all incoming calls.The caller ID does show seconds before the phone rings.
Smart Call Blocker is off.
We do have supplied voicemail through our cable company but it is not picking up the call as we do not have a voice message.
When we try to answer the call and press the green key (Phone/Flash)to answer it disconnects the call.
Thank you for your response, I will verify again that the Smart Call Blocker is off.

Do you have another phone, preferably corded you can try? Have you tried resetting the cable modem your phone is plugged into?
