EL52203 phone microphone does not work on oubound calls
I was talking on the phone and accidentally pressed a button. The screen showed that I had pressed 5, however, my microphone suddenly stopped working. I then figured out that it only works on inbound calls, and if I try to make an outbound call using the phone, the microphone refuses to work. The mute button is not on and I can't find any solution to the problem.

Are both handsets doing it? Only thing in the manual is pushing the speaker button to turn it on or off.

Who's your phone carrier? Maybe you activated some option through them. I assume it works normally through the handset transmitter.

Both handsets have the issue, my carrier is Rogers, and I don't have the manual with me

Well if you did something on one phone it wouldn't affect the other one unless you did the same to it. Does only the speaker phone not work or do both the speaker and directly using the handset not work?
