Guy Wire on AT&T Pole; Engineer?

Seeking assistance with a joint use utility pole (AT&T primary, Duke secondary) from 1973 in Fairview, NC, in Buncombe County. We are designing a mountain driveway on vacant land, steep slope, and a guy-wire is in pretty much the only driveway path. Humbly(!) requesting an AT&T engineer to visit the site with Duke engineer and driveway grader to discuss any options, but we can't find where to contact AT&T. Since Duke is secondary, they said we have to initiate any inquiry with AT&T. We have plans to build a house and be future AT&T customers in the neighborhood. They're already replacing old poles on the same street. *Any* ideas on next steps would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Justin! It's not really account specific, but based on the Contact Us page and search for utility pole topic info, I'll try calling the Buried Wire Group and see if that works.

Just received a call from AT&T Construction & Engineering Dept after they were contacted internally by Duke, so I think we're good. Thank you!
