How can I get a dial tone back? Not sure why it went out. Internet connection is fine.
Both phones are out, so it must be the line. Cannot find anything that was disconnected.

If your phone plugs into a modem, try resetting the modem.

Thank you. That's a good first step. We ended up fixing it by calling ATT, they checked the line (I guess, I know they checked something from their end), and they were able to fix it from their office.
