how to reattach exterior phone box to side of house

Rotten siding on the house caused the original bellsouth/at&t phone box to come loose.  Siding has been replaced but the phone box needs a special tool to access the mounting screws for the box.  I have landline service via Spectrum and this box is still needed to facilitate phone connections in the house.   How can I get the box reattached securely as it's not equipment supported by Spectrum? Thank you.
