Was it denied? And if so, what was the reason?

The reason is that I did the procedure to be able to unlock my iPhone everything went well to the point of not being able to receive the mail

So, there was no comment at the end of the unlock procedure that said you were good to go or denied? Was your other iPhone ever on your account or used on AT&T?

I get that the blocking status is pending and that I must check my email but I checked it and I still don't get the unlock email

Hi @David173, we understand that you’re having trouble unlocking your iPhone. 

To answer your question, Apple devices don't require an unlock code. The device should meet the eligibility criteria before submitting an unlock request. Once its approved, you can insert a non AT&T SIM, and power cycle the device to check whether the device is unlocked
