I need help regarding a 1930 and 1945 easement for telephone equipment on my client's land in Collin County, Texas

I am an attorney and my client has two old telephone line easements on its property that have very general descriptions of the location of the easement on the tract.  I would like to see about getting the easements abandoned or designated to a specific area.
