I have Att land line with Att dsl internet. I called Att was told I did not have to have a land line to keep Att internet services. I’m trying to save money. How does this idea work?

It's called dry or naked DSL, meaning no phone number associated with it. AT&T reps should have all the information you need.

Legacy DSL with 150G data cap or Uverse xDSL with 1T data cap?
Separate phone bill from internet or same bill has both services?
Does your internet equipment have a PHONE light that is solid ON and flashes when phone is used?
In most cases a tech appointment should not be required when disconnecting phone from internet.
