LFwa-40 shuts down with a red light no service everyday and sometimes twice a day
This happens everyday for the last two weeks. Before that and i mean since 2022 no problems.
Do I need an update if so where and how. I JUST came from the local ATT store in Rockford, il and they said they had never seen one before or can service it. They're the same ones that got it going when they changed to 4g...

IFWA-40 users manual page 4 tells you what the lamps mean. In your case the signal strength lamp red means no signal. You can try unplugging it and removing the backup batteries for 30 seconds or so to force a reset or push the reset button

Just in case you've tried resetting the unit, the next obvious question is, if you have an AT&T cell phone is the signal still good and normal on it when the unit goes down?
