My EL50005 handset not registering with my EL52145 phone system

Hi Support,

I bought a single handset EL52145 system with the hope of adding other handsets. From the manual it indicates that the additional handsets to purchase was the EL50005.

When I try the instructions to register the handset to the base station, all I keep seeing on the phone screen is Out of Range or no pwr at base.

I can see the charge light come on so I am assuming there is power on the base.

What other method can I use to register the device ?

The factory resets is what I gave you and that's the only way to force a deregister that I'm aware of. Did you try all the methods? There's 4 of them.

This topic states the second method worked for them with the same handset.

It's probably still registered to another base unit. To force a deregister without that base see this topic
