Hey @Spirit576, We hear you, let's share the information you need.

To answer your question, there are some steps that you can follow to obtain a Network Unlock Code for your samsung galaxy s10. Here is a summary of the instructions:

  • Find the IMEI number of your phone by dialing *#06# on the dial pad. Write it down or copy it somewhere.
  • Visit the AT&T Device Unlock Portal and fill out the request form. You will need to provide your IMEI number, your phone number, your email address, and some other information.
  • Submit the request and wait for an email confirmation from AT&T. This may take up to two business days.
  • Once you receive the email, follow the link and enter the confirmation code that was sent to you. You should see a message that says your unlock request was approved.
  • You will also receive another email with the Network Unlock Code and the instructions on how to use it.
  • Turn off your phone and insert a SIM card from a different network provider.
  • Turn on your phone and enter the Network Unlock Code when prompted. Your phone should be unlocked and ready to use with the new network.

Feel free to review this information and reach back out to let us know if this was helpful!

@Spirit576  What is the reason given for the denial? Does the phone meet ALL of the unlock requirements?

  • We can’t unlock your device because it’s no longer active on an AT&T account. Resubmit your request and select No when asked, \"Do you have a mobile number from AT&T?”.

Was your phone ever used on AT&T? I believe (somebody will correct me if wrong) but you need to use your phone on AT&T for 30 days for a post paid account and 6 months for a prepaid account.
