Overdue Pole Transfer for Dangerously Low Hanging Wires

I have an ancient AT&T utility pole that needs to have a pole transfer ASAP. I know it belongs to AT&T because both cable and electric utility companies have confirmed this and the cable and electric lines are on a separate pole.

The pole is in terrible shape and is leaning so badly that delivery vehicles coming to my home hit it almost daily. The lines on the pole also run to a box where the wires are falling out and I am concerned they will become damaged (further).

I have reported this to the township who in turn contacted a local supervisor- 6 month ago. The electric and cable companies tell me they are unable to make the request because the pole belongs to AT&T. I have called the AT&T customer service line and explained the issue… all to no avail.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is AT&T's link on your issue. Follow the procedure listed for down and obstructed lines. If using AT&T's own listed process doesn't work, file an FCC complaint.

I will give this a try, thank you.
