Pole Relocation
Hello,
There is an AT&T pole with Electric utility right in the middle of my backyard. We need to do some construction and need to relocate the pole to the property limits. Please let me know who do I need to contact in order to initiate the relocation process? Thank you in advance.

If there is power on the pole recommend contacting the power company as they normally own the pole and charge attachment fees to telco and cableco.
They would relocate the pole, move electric service and then notify ATT to move telco lines.
Expect this to be a billable charge to you, may wish for an estimate quote from all parties before proceeding.
Expect minimum of $10,000 might be much higher. Permits may delay project as well as planning, hopefully you have one year before starting your project.
Just my thoughts…
edit, easements may vary by community, my area easements are 15 feet from road or alley and 8 feet each side of adjoining property lines. Check with local government office concerning easement rights in your area.
