Property Damage Caused by AT&T utility pole/wires installed too low

There was an accident on 8/31/23 at my property when a box truck hit low hanging wires on an AT&T utility pole and the pole was ejected from the ground and hit 3 automobiles. I am the owner of the property where the utility pole was located and my chain link fence, gate and trees were demolished and/or damaged in this accident. The police report #9650-2023-02316 (location: unincorporated city of San Diego, CA). The police report declares the fault to be that of "the utility pole lines should not have been hanging that low."  AT&T has already fixed the pole and the lines and I need my property damage addressed as well. Who do I speak to at AT&T to address this issue?
