Question about iPhone trade in value
Hello,
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max that I'm looking to trade in. The back glass is cracked which brings the value from 700 to 350. I was wondering if I were to get the back fixed at a third party shop, would the value go back to 700?

In response to your question, To qualify for the maximum credit value, the trade-in device must be in good working condition. Once the device has been sent to AT&T, our team evaluates its working condition, and determines the credits that can be availed on it.
