Release of easement

@ATTHelp I own a property in Florida that has an easement recorded in 1961 for Southern Bell. We do not believe it is in use and would like to obtain a release of easement. Our local municipality has no interest in the easement - it is solely for Southern Bell which was acquired by AT&T. Please provide the proper contact information for this.

Yes, I understand that I need to have the easement released by AT&T. The issue is that I cannot get ahold of anyone within AT&T regarding the matter and I cannot find contact information for the correct department.

Thank you, but I still do not have the contact information for the easements department at AT&T. I currently do not have the contact information to get them to sign off on such a form.

There is no easement department per se. The 800 number should get you to the right group, if not try the business forum and click on business apps and solutions where you'll find engineering.

I've called several 800 numbers and have been unable to get in contact with a person. Is there a number that can reach an actual human being?

The main customer number is 800-288-2020 there are no secret numbers that I know of. I'd probably go the business forum route.

Thanks @spoom2. I made a post on the business forum and was able to get a quick response from an AT&T agent who is putting me in contact with their easement team.
