Release of Inactive Southwestern Bell Easement from 1976

Hello,

I own a property located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, that has an easement with Southwestern Bell from 1976 that an ALTA survey shows no longer affects the property.  I need to get this Easement released.  Who can I speak to within AT&T about obtaining an official release of this easement?

Thanks in advance.

To obtain the release of an easement with AT&T on your property in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, contact AT&T customer service and inquire about the process for releasing easements. Request to be connected with their property department or real estate division, and provide documentation, such as the ALTA survey, demonstrating that the easement is no longer applicable. Follow their instructions carefully, and if needed, consult with a real estate attorney for legal guidance. Keep detailed records of all communications for reference.

I have tried that, but nobody on the customer service line can connect me with the real estate or legal departments.
