Replacing a broken EL52203 with a new Model of the same kind

My AT&A phone fell n the floor and no longer works   Not just the phone, but the base as well need to be replaced.  If I get the same model can I just plug it in after charging the battery?

Yes, for the base and the handsets it comes with. If you want to use your old handsets with the same model base you'll need to force a deregister of the handset than re-register them to the new base. This topic has several different methods to force a deregister.

We purchased your three-phone system for our home awhile back from Wal-Mart. The one satellite phone wasn't working too well & just before Christmas the phone quit working all together. The tree phone does ring but other than that one cannot talk with it as appears to be dead. The cradle seems to be working fine but one cannot use the phone for answering or calling out.

Is there any way to get a replacement phone for this defective one.

the phone mo# 1: EL52319, The SN is 6S600609740.

@genefox You've given us the model number of the base unit and I can"t find what handset are compatible. Look under the battery of the handset to get the model number of the handset itself than just search the Internet to find one.
