Sent Multiple Phones I Never Ordered - The Saga Continues
M y experience with AT&T over the past few years has been unbelievably frustration. (I've been a customer for decades.) I'm paying on a phone now I never ordered and I am going through the arbitration process. Someone calls me out of the blue several times with no warning and I can't take the call because I am in a business call. I've tried to call them back multiple times and no answer. Then I get an email yesterday that says the arbitration will be closed today if I don't communicate with AT&T. Just a wonderful experience.
Every time I get a support person on the phone we have to start completely over and they take an hour or more probably talking to a more senior person in the background. So I am paying on a thousand dollar + phone now I never received.
HERE'S A DOOZEY OF A STORY. This is just one of the phones I never received. They sent me a new phone last year I never ordered. I sent it back using the pre paid shipping label they sent me. They claimed they could not find the phone! I had the screenshot of USPS site page that showed the phone was delivered. This one took three months to clean up and I don't know if it's tied to this latest missing phone or not.
All the records of this issue are now hidden from the support people trying to help me.
It's a great way to treat your customers. With decades of history of paying my bill every month you'd think there would be some kind of credibility you accrue.
I've seen quite a few complaints here of this behavior.
