Splice Box Damaged and Exposed Wires

There is an ATT splice box on the corner of our commercial property that has been knocked over, opened, with exposed wiring. We are not ATT customers, but would appreciate having this unsightly and likely dangerous box repaired/replaced. Nearest address to this box is 2501 Van Buren Street, Bellwood, IL 60104.
