Trying to find contact e-mail for support regarding possible damage to phone line on pole

Hi Folks;

Earlier today I was out plowing some friends & family in area due to storm. While backing out of friends driveway my truck slid on ice and my rear bumper hit phone pole - No damage to pole, but it had U shaped wooden section covering some wiring from ground to top of pole and I noticed some wood cracked (Appears it has had prior damage from age of some cracks. I was concerned if I might have done some damage to wire underneath and wanted to pass this along.) I am retired Law Enforcement and did not want this to go unreported. Spent some time on line trying to find a correct place to report this, but to no avail - Went to support chat and all I got was a bot asking me what brand cell phone I have? Do you guys even have e-mail anymore for support ?? I get so frustrated with long waits on 800 numbers.

Just for your info, pole is #39 located on Budgick Road, Wakefield, MI in case any line outage in area. People who own garage directly across road from pole would know who I am if you need to contact me. Thanks
