Unable to report landline down

I think the ability to report traditional landlines via the web was removed. This was one of them, here is another one. If either work, please let us know if neither work let us know that also. 

Neither one of them work such a shame ATT keeps trying g to get me to switch internet, TV, and mobile to them but why. Before retiring I repaired medical equipment so I have verified the outside box, confirmed that I have 48 volts until phone is off hook then it changes to 7 volts but no dial tone. Thanks for trying to help.

If you can't get the service you need through the normal channels, file an FCC complaint. 

Just for feedback on my problem after finally talking to a live representative of AT&T I was told there was a problem with a main line and  a number of la clone users in my area were without service. They gave me an estimate of January 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM for repairs to be complete , that means out of service from Jan 12 until Jan 17.

Once your service is restored call to get a refund for the days you were out.
