Utility pole relocation

There is a utility pole at my residence that has been relocated by the LA Department of Water and Power back in November. The old pole is still standing with only AT&T assets on it. The city installed a new pole and moved their power lines to make the street wider in-front of our house but they cannot proceed with pouring cement until AT&T moves their lines onto the new pole and removes the old pole. We are waiting on this step for final inspections of the house. Who can help with follow up or finding out if this has been scheduled?

@ATTHelp I called this number twice and then I’m told to call this other number for buried wires 800.924.9420. When I call that number I get transferred back to the original number. No one knows who to contact so this is not helpful

@spoom2 yes. It instructs you how to call on what to say when you call. Is there something more?

Downed or obstructed lines

Did you find drooping wires, downed lines, or AT&T equipment in a yard or on the street? Let us know. Call us anytime at 800.288.2020.
  • Have AT&T service? Provide your account info and say, “Line is down.”
  • Don’t have AT&T service? Say "No account." When asked if you want to order new service, say "No." Then, to let us know why you're calling, say “Line is down.”

Heads up: Extreme weather or other factors can bring down lines, including electrical lines. Never approach a downed wire yourself. Always call your local authorities in an emergency.

If the instructions provided by AT&T don't work file an FCC complaint. I thought I'd already posted this.
