AT&T landline- Getting multiple calls daily from "rha" and related caller ID names of rha. Caller ID phone nos. always different

Calls received most days from "rha" or similar Caller name ID. No message ever left. Caller ID phone number is always different. I know all they want is for me to answer the call, which will get me on a list of "numbers that answered robocall", which they can then sell. I google "rha" calls and I see many, many other complaints from people getting the same calls. so I imagine AT&T is well aware of this offender.

I guess what I am asking for is either:

A: Give me a method to block spam and robocalls "by caller ID NAME" - this way I can block "rha" and the variants they use. Blocking the Caller ID numbers they use are all phony, so being able to block them is of no use. They are different every time and usually belong to a myriad of users.

B: Have AT&T block them. They are annoying at least many thousand or hundred thousand people, and have been for over a year, that I know of. - There is no app or service that I can find to allow blocking of the "User ID NAME". (I use nomorobo and have installed a CPR 5000 call blocker on my land line, to no avail.)

I have read that phone utilities can block these numbers, but, because there are thousands or millions of them, it has a financial effect. Well, for me, it has an effect on my sanity.
