Landline Phone Features

When I try to create an online account, it says "Let's find your account," and I put in my phone number and zip code. It keeps telling me, "This data is invalid. Please try again." I don't understand why I can't get an online account.

Hey guys, need some help if possible. My grandmother has an AT&T landline phone, model EL52319 and I wanted to see if anybody knew what the max decibel is for this phone. She has hearing problems and I wanted to get her something louder, but I have no idea how loud this phone is.
