Call block list. I accidentally blocked a friend's number. How do I change that

"Accidentally" mean you have digital service and you blocked it using *61. The only way to unblock individual numbers is to access the phone features in your MyAtt account. 

I know that, but I can't find the list to correct it. I'm having issues finding my features on my tablet. I just want to be able to sign in go to my call block list to unblock 1 phone number. I can't find it anywhere 

If you know that why didn't you just say you couldn't find the phone features. This is from an AT&T link

My tablet is not pulling up the page to access phone features. I'm just going round and round signing in to my att. This is so frustrating 🤬
