Call forwarding on my business line to my cell phone.

I need to call forward to a different a phone number that was previously used..  When I do the star codes on the phone is does not work. I do not get the option to change the call forwarding number..  I tried to call the at&t and that was ZERO HELP!!

Have you cancelled call forwarding? Could be it's already forwarded. Plus you say it's a business line, this is a residential forum. If the process you used to forward it originally is different than residential service you'll need to contact business services
