CALLER ID ISSUE

Recently the Caller ID on our home phone landline only indicates "No Message Sent" instead of displaying the number/name calling.  Can this be fixed?

If your phone plugs into the back of a modem, reset the modem. Otherwise call your provider as they are the ones that send the CID information.
