Green ATT tower box in front yard rusted out

I have a green ATT box in my front yard rusted-out in my front yard falling over in wind storm.  Panels fell off laying in grass. Started a case a month ago. Case # NS108H331. Exposed wires open to people kids animals. Spent an hour the first time to open this case. Wife was called one time and was dropped talking to someone. I have called back two times with no help of talking to anyone for more than a minute be before getting disconnected or put on hold. We’re done! My HOA keeps asking when I’m going to do something about calling it in. Hopefully there’s a problem with a neighbors service so they can try calling in. Hopefully no neighborhood kids get hurt. I have video cameras if everything. So do others. WE ARE DONE!
