How do I acquire my PIN for remote call forwarding on my landline? I have my access phone number, but AT&T support says I'm supposed to be mailed (snail mail) my PIN. They only sent me my order confirmation and the User Guide for Remote Call Forwarding.

Remote call forwarding If you didn't get the PIN you'll need to call and tell them. It may not come in the same letter as the order, but as fellow customers we wouldn't know.
