Need help determining the decibels of a landline phone

Hey guys, need some help if possible. My grandmother has an AT&T landline phone, model EL52319 and I wanted to see if anybody knew what the max decibel is for this phone. She has hearing problems and I wanted to get her something louder, but I have no idea how loud this phone is.

I can tell you the average level of a POTS phone line is 10db, how much you can amplify that with the volume increase I can't find but logic tells me not much more than 4 or 5 db. A Clarity phone claims to amplify 10 to 20 db (20db is quite a bit). I would do a google search on amplified phones for the hearing impaired, I'm sure there are others. Just to add for comparison when you get hearing aids the good ones come with a preset level and you can only increase them 10db.
