POTS (PLAIN OLD Telephone Service) is being discontinued in many market…. VOIP service via internet connection is the expected offering.
ATT with IPBB (Uverse hardwired), Fuber and Fixed Wireless combined covers about 63% of addresses in zip code while Sonic covers 53% and Comcast covers about 97% with internet service that could support VOIP.
