Removal of old obsolete Bell South Pole

There's no way someone looking at it can determine whether or not there is service on any of the wires. If there's a damaged terminal, report it.

Actually when you remove the cover you can see that there are no wires connected, don’t need to be an expert to determine that.

As far as reporting it, that’s exactly what I am trying to do. No one wants to take ownership for it. When I call AT&T I get passed around from department to department with no resolution. This is why I posted on this forum hoping someone at AT&T that actually has the ability to get this obsolete thing removed would respond and provide some guidance. 

No wires connected to what?  Many terminals pass service through. Photos? If you can't get the service you need through normal channels file an FCC complaint.

The telco provider for zip code 32461 is CenturyLink, not ATT.

The area may have been part of ATT prior to the breakup of MA BELL (ATT) in 1984 but many more rural areas were sold off by the (7) baby bells that were created with CenturyLink, Fairpoint, Frontier Communications being the purchasers. Or was part of United Telephone of Florida becoming part of Embarq… renamed to Lumen Technologies (2022).

Therefor recommend trying to contact CenturyLink which is now renamed to Lumen Technologies.
