Unable to create online account for Business Analog Lines

I am trying to gain access to our business account for online and I am not successful. This is because they are trying to call the phone number on file to give a verification code. The number(s) we have on file are for the analog lines for Fire & Security, so technically it is not calling an actual phone line. I have tried chatting online and calling a few numbers, is it possible that you can assist me with creating this online account so we can keep track of this account. Is there any way around this?
