Hello @farno77, thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community and Forums. We'd be happy to assist you with the information.

If you are using Basic Voicemail, the messages are usually deleted within 14 days without warning. You can listen to the message to save it for an additional 14 days. If you are using Visual Voicemail they are stored for 30 days. Messages older than 30 days are not stored in memory and can be permanently deleted.

Please lesson to my question. How do I find a link to click on Check your voicemail messages or access your call history or voicemail messages ! They do not appear on my Overview window, and the ones on this forum send Errors.

This link gives the different calling features and how to on voicemail and other features. Don't know if this is what you're looking for or not. 

Sorry! If it's there, I still can't find what I need. Could you, or someone else, tell me precisely how to view a PC screen that shows me one of these links to click on: "assess your call history" or "voicemail messages"?

Still a struggle, but I did found my way through it. Thanks a bunch!
