Voicemail notifications

Is this for AT&T phone digital service? (where the phone service plugs into the back of your modem)

No, I believe it is part of u-verse.  The phone plugs into the wall.  

If it's U-verse, which is now AT&T Phone, it's digital. Is there anything plugged into the phone jack on the modem and if so where does it go. 

When you ask where the it goes, what do you mean?  There is a cord that is plugged into the phone jack on the modem and then the phone is plugged into a jack in the wall.

Where does the cord that's plugged into the phone jack on the modem go? To a phone? To a wall jack?....But now that we've established that you have digital service your notifications and other options are set in the phone portal of your Myatt account. 

I went to the phone portal settings and the email notification is turned on and the email address shown is correct; however, I am not getting any notification in my inbox.  I checked spam and they aren't going there either.  Any thoughts on what be going on?

We are customers like you and have no access to accounts or way to repair failed websites. Looks like it's time to call customer service.
