AT&T Cordless Phone Smart Call Block List "Not available at this time". How to access the list?
On AT&T cordless phone model CL82319.
When I try to Review or Delete the list of Blocked Numbers I get a message "Not available at this time". I can add new numbers to the Block list, but I can't access the list. I have no problem accessing the Allow list.
Please tell me how to alleviate this issue so that I can manage my list of blocked numbers.

The line must be idle to do it, if someone's on another handset you have to wait until they're done. Give details of the steps you're taking to get there.

Ok. Fore close to a year now, I have added phone numbers to the Smart Call blk Block list. Originally, I could Review the Bock list and edit or delete entries on the list. I have also been able to Review and edit entries on the Allow list.
Today, I find that I can still Review and edit the Allow list. However, whenever I attempt to Review the Block list (Block list/Review) "Not available at this time" is displayed. Also, If I choose the menu option to delete the Block list (Block list/Delete) all I also get "Not available at this time".
If the phone is ringing from a number I want to block and I press Call Block, It appears to add that number to the Block list as it should.
If I go back to the Caller ID Log and attempt to block a number from the log, It appears to add that number to the Block list as it should.
It is only when I attempt to Review or Delete the Block list that the error occurs.
I have tried this with Smart Call Block both ON and OFF and get the same results both times. (Smart
Call blk/SCB/ON and OFF)
Nobody other than I has access to the handsets. Nobody other than I has ever attempted to Block, Allow or edit anything on the Smart Call Block.
I need to be able to review the list to insure that I have not inadvertently blocked a number that should not be blocked.
Sorry for not giving enough information before. Is there anything else you need to know?

"Give details of the steps you're taking to get there." Was all that was asked for, but I get it. I find nothing in the manual that shows that error, however in searching I do see where others have had the same issue. At what point do you get the message? When you go to review and hit select, or before or after that?

When I set the focus to >Review and press Select I get the error.
Also, if I set the focus to >Delete all and press Select I get the same error.

OK page 133 of the manual found here under screen messages states "Someone else is already using the directory or
caller ID log" when that message appears. You state that no one else is using the handsets when this happens, so the only things I can suggest is first I'd remove the batteries from all handsets then unplug the base unit from power for about a minute, plug it back in and replace handset batteries. That will reset it. If that doesn't work try deregistering and re-registering all handsets. If that doesn't work call the customer number in the front of the manual. If nothing works it sounds like the system may be bad.
