Att.net/repair link doesn't work?

My home phone is suddenly down. No dial tone, no nothing. If someone tries to call in, it just rings and rings. When I try the repair link, it just sends me to a page that says I have unauthorized access. Because my home phone is down, that means my DSL is down. Since my DSL is down, that means my wireless network is down and my cell phone has horrible 4G connectivity. I seem to be truly in a bind unless I drive 10 miles to a place where I can connect to Wi-Fi to make a cell call. Any thoughts?

Hi @cymbalzzz,

We understand your concern, and we request you to get in touch with our team.
The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you.

None of the AT&T links to report POTS troubles have worked for a long time, don't know why they don't remove them.
