Beeping Before Dial Tone
I have a new ATT DL72310 land line phone and it beeps several times before getting a dial tone. How do I get rid of that? I’ve deleted all voice mails, so it’s not that. Appreciate anyone’s help!

Stutter dial tone means you have a message, you don't say what type service you have, but if you have digital service (was called U-verse, now AT&T Phone) access the phone features in your MyAtt account and make sure all messages are deleted. Traditional landline, dial into it and check them again. This is for AT&T provided voicemail, not your phones answering system/machine.
