Broken Line

Hi I just had a new driveway put in and I noticed after they installed it my AT&T line going up towards my house got completely ripped apart the line would need to be completely replaced and I do not know who I would contact to have the line replaced and would I have to pay for a new line? if anyone knows anything please let me know!

You start by calling 800-288-2020 to schedule a tech appointment to restore service.

Was the damaged line placed on top of ground waiting to be buried or already buried?

If already buried was 811 to mark existing line(s) before driveway construction was started?

The line was already buried I don't know how it got broken but we haven't had AT&T services in a while but it recent became available but I didn't know with me not being a AT&T customer if they would fix it and I don't know what they would do for this issue.

If the line you're talking about is the line to your home, and you're not an active AT&T Internet customer, then no.

They will run a new drop if necessary should you reinstall.
