How can I connect my older handsets Model # CL84215 to a new base Model # CL84107?
My new base and old handsets do not recognize each other and the handsets will not ring when we get calls. How can I connect them to each other? The manual does not help us at all.

A search on the two base units you've listed gives two different handsets, so they wouldn't be compatible. Your CL84107 takes a CL80107 handsets and your other base unit CL84215 takes CL80115 handsets. You can't use an incompatible handset even if they look similar.

Thank you for the info. Back to the store that new base goes. We have 6 handsets from the old base that we don't want to worry about replacing at this time.

Here's your current handset CL80115 with a list of the base units it will work with. The handset model can usually be found in the battery compartment.
