To file a formal complaint with AT&T:

4. Send a written complaint (address on billing statement or website).
5. Visit a local AT&T store.
6. Escalate to AT&T's Office of the President if needed.

Definetly leaving AT&T double charging me on my bills just got. Bill saying I owe them 835.00 that includes a past due of 535.00 dollars tried to resolve this because I don’t have any past due and can’t get anyone to help

When you read the last few bills what do they say?

Have you been paying the full balance as shown?

Are any charges listed twice or are there additional charges?

You can even include a screenshot of your bill (with personal info removed of course) to get guidance.
