issue with ATT landline
Hello, my landline was accidentally disconnected by ATT on Friday, Dec 15, 2023 when I was canceling a forwarding line going into a separate landline that I had disconnected in August of 2023. I phoned ATT the following Monday to get the landline reinstated. I have an order number but for some reason, my order keeps getting hung up in the system. I have phoned ATT on 5 separate occasions to tell them that my landline hasn't been turned on and every time I spend a significant amount of time on the phone with them and they tell me they have figured out the problem then they give me a new turn-on date 2 days out and the day comes and goes with no landline. I have contacted a local manager via email and that person hasn't responded to 2 separate emails I have sent him with all of my info. What can I do to get my landline turned back on?

AT&T doesn't do support by email so possibly why you're not getting a response, assuming it was a valid email to begin with. Since over the phone (multiple times) has not solved it, I would suggest a BBB complaint as that gets sent to upper management, usually resulting in them contacting you within a few business days.
