Landline DOES NOT WORK!

It's been several days as a landline is not working in the Senior Citizen building at 15950 Sherman Way, zip 91405?
Are you kidding? Spent an hour to get customer support on the phone, was not able to even leave the message.

Answering machine says it should be fixed by JUNE 7-th.
Let me repeat, we are talking about SENIOR CITIZEN building.
People are not able to even dial 911!
BTW, received an email today about monthly charge. Great timing.

Same answer as your previous removed post. If you can't get what you need using the normal AT&T channels file an FCC complaint.

What complaint are you talking about? Are you working for AT&T?

I don't work for AT&T and if you google file an FCC complaint and follow the steps you'll find the online form. Those complaints go to the office of the president and are assigned to senior staff. You should only use this if normal channels aren't working. Giving you a date that you don't like isn't a valid complaint, you should call and see if you can get it scheduled for a better date.

@javad32  If you have an issue that does't get any traction if you contact Support then you can file an online complaint with the BBB or the FCC. Either one gets forwarded to AT&T Upper Management and someone will contact you. That way you can discuss it directly with AT&T bypassing the normal Support channels.

Have you had any server weather (lots of rain) in the last few days? Water/moisture can affect a landline if what you have is POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service).

We have a great weather in LA. Talked to someone today they said will fix it by June 7-th, can you imagine? It's already been a week as there is NO service in the Senior Citizen building. Unbelievable.
