landline hacked unable to make emergency phone calls and others
my landline has been hacked 408 612 4336 please run diagnostic on my landline cant call emergency or family I am blocked or someone answers with a baby in the background clearly not 911 please help

You'll need to call customer service at 800-288-2020 no one will respond to you by posting on a public forum. Also remove your personal information. Have no idea why you think it was hacked just because you can't call. There are many reasons for this.
