Landline phone connection

I don't have a phone connection(dial tone) coming into the house or the incoming box outside

so I can't call att to report the problem. I couldn't find a customer service link for a landline phone

service either. The troubleshooter was no help as the problem seems to be in the lines and not in

my home or the box outside. How do I report this problem to a real person? Is there an email address

I can complain to?

There is no email and most haven't had much luck reporting online. You can try this AT&T supplied link.

Have you tried the chat button?

Do you have a cellphone?

Do you have a neighbor that you could call from their home?

Back in the olden days, we’d have to go to the neighbor’s house to call. 🤷‍♀️
