Lines Down in Yard

The Nor'easter of last weekend brought down my internet and the phone lines in my yard.  I have tried calling customer service and risk management. The AI assistant determines that I have a wireless account with one of you associated companies and hangs up on me.  I need help.  There's over 100 feet of wire down in the yard.  You say to stay away from the wires but this is difficult.  Please contact me!  I have tried multiple times using the chat forum online.  And they give me the phone number to call, which still l hangs up on me.
