Online access for POTS service?

I just had POTS telephone service installed today and am trying to figure out how account access is set up (if any). Is there a way to pay my bill and view services online? Tried adding it with my telephone number to an existing myAT&T login ID and the system was not accepting my information.

We hear you, and we're glad to assist you with your POTS service inquiry, @bkbkc_.

To set your landline account for online service, please visit to our official AT&T website. Once you are registered it will give you the option to receive the code via email.

Here is information on how to create a user id and get online access to your account.

We hope the information helps, and thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!

Hi @bkbkc_, this is not the type of experience we want you to have with contacting POTS for additional assistance.

You can check for any troubleshooting steps to help with your home phone concerns. If you are still having trouble, we recommend you open up a support ticket for assistance.

  1. Go to http://sm.att.com/2218d06a and select Home Phone.
  2. Enter your home phone number and select Continue.
  3. Tell us about the problem you're having, then select Continue.
  4. Review any troubleshooting steps to see if you can fix it yourself.
  5. Follow the prompts to submit your ticket.

Please reach back out and let us know if this helps.

If you do as instructed and click the link, you'll get the error message than remove the s from https so it's just http than hit enter it takes you to the site. Messed up on AT&T's end? Yes, but you can get there by following the instructions.
