Removal of Easement

I work at a law firm in Allentown, Pennsylvania and am working on a project that needs to have a driveway vacated and an AT&T easement moved/abandoned.  Can you please help me with a contact person?

Hi @swentzel, we understand your concern. Let's get the help you need with the removal of easement.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs.   This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you,

Jasmine, AT&T Community Specialist.

There are no options under the Contact Us page that "fit" my issue.

This is the last official response by AT&T I can find for release of easement. You'd think as many times as they get this type of request they'd have a process in place.

Thank you spoom2 but this does not help. A County/Municipality cannot release an easement on a property put on record by AT&T or one of its subsidiaries without the approval of the easement holder.

It might not help, but that's all that's provided by AT&T
